Lauren is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Justice (QUT), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law), and is currently studying a Master of Laws at QUT. Commencing her legal career as the Associate to the Honourable Justice Kenneth Mackenzie of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Lauren holds ten years’ experience in government and public law. In her previous position of Principal Lawyer at Crown Law, Lauren developed a substantial advisory and litigation practice in administrative law, acting on behalf of government entities and Ministers. Lauren is currently the Manager of Legal Services at the Office of the Health Ombudsman. The Office of the Health Ombudsman is responsible for dealing with health service complaints in Queensland.
